  • Unravel from the Brace : Trauma taught you to tighten up, to freeze, to run. We’ll untangle that knot with just 0.5% more softness—because screw perfection, small steps are still steps.
  • Keep the Breath Alive: When life gets ugly, can you keep breathing through it? That’s the work. Facing your mess, your pain, and your edges without numbing out or running away.
  • Break Urgency: Stop sprinting through life like it’s a to-do list. Ask the question no one wants to ask: What the hell am I really doing here? Then sit with it. Let the answers blow your mind.
  • Fight for Flow: Life isn’t something to control or conquer. It’s something to dance with—wild, unpredictable, and often a total shitshow. But you can meet it on your terms, not survival’s terms.
