I offer deep, personalized therapy using the Biodynamic Breathwork & Trauma Release System (BBTRS). These sessions take a somatic approach, focusing on the body's physical sensations and using breathwork to release layers of tension and blockages.
During the sessions, we observe how stress and tension are held in the body and use specific breathing techniques to release mental, emotional, and physical blockages. This method helps you let go of built-up stress and tension stored in your body.
Through guided breathwork and movement sequences, you can break through these blockages, enhancing your ability to experience physical and emotional sensations and developing self-soothing skills.
